I understand that in certain situations a cancellation can occur. In the event that I accept a cancellation there will be a non-refundable 20% restocking fee for orders cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours a 50% cancellation charge will be assessed due to materials purchased and scheduling. Seller is NOT responsible if buyer did not read listing descriptions or policies page BEFORE purchasing.

I will not be responsible for damage to items because of drastic climate conditions. Hanging items in areas of heavy sun, moisture etc. burlap and natural products tend to be affected the most by harsh weather so please use best judgement when hanging items.
