I understand that in certain situations a cancellation can occur. In the event that I accept a cancellation there will be a non-refundable 20% restocking fee for orders cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours a 50% cancellation charge will be assessed due to materials purchased and scheduling. When hanging products outside it is recommended to hang them under a covered awning or patio to protect them from the elements. Bring them inside during extreme weather conditions.
I will not be responsible for damage to items because of drastic climate conditions. Hanging items in areas of heavy sun, moisture etc. burlap and natural products tend to be affected the most by harsh weather so please use best judgement when hanging items.
